Together they have ambitions to develop a mobile data location aware programmatic advertising offering that is the best of its kind and that will dominate the industry for years to come.
As a product manager, you will be directly responsible for understanding market requirements, designing product features and road-mapping delivery. Working closely with all business heads the Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy and roadmap, ensure the successful design, timely deployment of capabilities and features that support the revenue and profit growth of the business. As an innovator of cutting edge tech, you will often be inventing solutions to problems that have never before been tackled, once again highlighting the need for a visionary approach to reaching your goals.
Develop the product vision and roadmap
Own the processes of business analysis, feature design, product management
Own responsibility for the products user experience
Work with tech-team to ensure that functional requirements are delivered in the platform, to a planned timeline
Work with the commercial team to meet key customers and undertake ongoing customer and product discovery roles
Own the client experience, managing data operations and client services teams
Develop a world-class product culture of continuous & rapid innovation and learning
Product Responsibilities will encompass:
Set product strategy, plan short-term and long-term product improvements to meet business goals, and measure success using product health metrics and customer feedback
Work closely with the Commercial Director to understand business and key client priorities and undertake regular competitor capabilities analysis
Take responsibility for driving decisions with regard to feature/timeline trade-offs, and all other product related decisions
Apply a structured approach to product management including the use of analytics to justify decisions and optimize performance.
Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation approach as well as a reasonable execution schedule
Be part of agile product development process including backlog grooming, sprint planning and prioritization.
3+ years product role experience (SAAS preferred)
5 + years technical/operational experience
Agile background having worked closely with Developers, QA, Ops teams
Start-up experience preferred
Background in Ad-Tech and/or Geo-Spatial tech a plus
Passionate about innovation, excited by tech
Technically and commercially aware
Loves Mobile / Emerging tech
