STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships you will be a part of a team building strategic partnerships and extend my client’s programmatic operations into the UK domestic market. You will be expected to manage sales process, including lead generation, from first call to delivery of new business; targeting clients across all sectors including retail/luxury, travel, automotive, finance and banking sectors.
Lead and manage all sales pitches, briefs and responses to significant sector RFPs.
Identify key decision makers and influencers and effectively develop and maintain contact strategies with UK contacts across all prospect organisations.
Identify key sales cycles for major contracts/opportunities for tender.
Drive awareness of and create demand for relevant products and services across all sectors.
Develop and execute successful win strategies to match client/prospect needs and challenges with relevant products and services.
Act as both advocate and educator at key industry and corporate events to develop the brand profile and sales pipeline.
Key client point of contact for all aspects of programmatic strategy, design and delivery both at a strategic and operational level.
Demonstrate tenacity and drive to ensure client and project goals are achieved.
Manage and direct delivery team to ensure that they are motivated to deliver effectively towards clients’ goals and in line with client agreed processes.
Take responsibility to ensure that the project teams are integrated via effective communications processes and meetings.
Fulfilment of all regular and ad-hoc reporting in line with requirements set by line-manager (and members of the Group leadership team from time to time).
Significant (Minimum 5+ years’ experience or equivalent) sales experience within the UK digital media sector (agency, Marketing tech, DSP, SSP, network background preferable).
Experience of personally leading and winning sales opportunities.
Proven consultative influencing and negotiation skills, up to and including C-Level in pitching, then winning new name business.
Ability to sell services to a client, with credible and professional selling skills, developing strong relationships and close business to ensure a successful and complete sale.
A good understanding of core marketing principles and techniques as relates to industry verticals and the agency space.
Self-starter with a strong commercial acumen.
Ability to generate cold/develop warm leads credibly at all levels.
Experience in driving a collaborative approach between multiple business units to achieve common and profitable goals.
