Role: Strategic Account Manager
Package: £43k + 10K bonus
An amazing Strategic Account Management / Partnerships opportunity at a global digital advertising technology powerhouse that offers end to end advertising, programmatic solutions & audiences for brand advertisers, marketers, agencies, publishers, and trading desks. This is a key role helping key accounts get the most out of my clients tech stack and requires a balance of technical understanding and commercial acumen.
In ad tech you name it - they can do it but their speciality is ad serving, creative mobile & video and programmatic. The ideal candidate will be highly literate with 2+ years experience in ad serving technology, with a clear background in working with the 3rd party ad serving technology space. Any other related digital experience is highly beneficial.
Profile / Responsibilities:
First class account management and technical lead responsibilities across a global ad serving platform for large London based media agencies and brands.
Act as a technical lead for a group of dedicated clients; offer a vision and problem solve strategically for them to develop each account to its maximum revenue potential.
Upsell complex ad serving solutions such as dynamic creative, ad verification and programmatic rich media formats.
Communicate with senior ad operations clients and Ad Ops on campaign statuses as well as scope and timeline changes in order to set proper client expectations.
Monitor campaign performance against clients’ objectives, making optimization recommendations as necessary through face to face meetings scheduled regularly.
