With a brand new website and gifts platform about to come online Q1 2017 the time is right to bolster the marketing team with some proven digital / paid media skills and experience to help the business make the most of its amazing and unique product offering. The ideal candidate will become the gatekeeper of the brand & website and customer experience, ensuring its smooth operation and delivering a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities

Knowing the status of everything that touches the website from product launches to graphics updates, from multi-channel promotional campaigns to social media complaints, from fraud mitigation to technical issues.

Meeting all deadlines, instilling a culture of passion and perfection.

Creating commercial yet engaging content experiences across the website to broaden the customer experience.

Experience in an e-commerce content capacity and possess a good technical understanding of web development and Google analytics.

Form social strategy across major social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest to drive brand awareness.

Deliver engaging and commercial content on social channels.

Work closely with wider design team to ensure brand message is carried effectively across all channels.

Plan content accordingly to coordinate with email marketing and merchandising.

Manage all e-commerce photoshoots and ensure deadlines are met for image creation.

Manage and pursue opportunities to develop the brand within the digital sphere including Social, SEO, PPC and affiliates.

Constant monitoring and analysis of performance inc traffic, conversion rates, AOV and retention and devise strategy to grow and develop these areas.

 

Key skills and experience

Experience in a digital role is essential, ideally in e-commerce.

Experienced in managing social media platforms and building strong social strategies to create brand awareness and drive sales

Experience in digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media, e-marketing, content marketing and paid social

Experience and knowledge of analytics platforms including Google Analytics

Obsessive in your protection of the brand in the public sphere, the way it is perceived and the experience of customers

Exacting with regard to brand tone of voice, typography, imagery and optimising the audience’s experience of content

Constantly curious, exploring the potential of new activity and technologies that can develop the platform, features and partnerships

Brilliant planner, organiser problem solver and solution finder
