A fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming marketer to stamp their creative authority on a wide ranging all-round marketing remit. My client is a VERY cool start-up that is building the ULTIMATE app for students. The app will launch in September and combines ID Authentication and Check-in at bars / venues, curated offers and discounts plus a range of safety features including a live tracking function to help friends get home safe at the end of the night.
To help launch, drive downloads and keep users retained and engaged a Head of Marketing is needed to both create and implement a marketing strategy. The remit will be broad spanning branding, digital and mobile marketing to drive downloads / user acquisition through to traditional marketing activity including content creation, events, creating marketing assets etc. This is a key role owning all marketing activity for the business and the more this person is willing and able to roll your sleeves up the better. The ideal profile will be an energetic and creative marketer with a broad background that can contribute high quality marketing across a number of different disciplines at a very good standard. Salary is open for the right candidate, also there is potential for equity but first and foremost it’s the chance to really drive the marketing function of a potentially huge app projects with commercial appeal and real social benefits.
