A fantastic opportunity to join a next generation programmatic mobile DSP with 100% proprietary technology that allows the buying of selected impressions in real time with hyperlocal targeting. Headquartered in Paris and New York the next phase is a launch into the UK market. One of the big selling points is their partnerships with the likes of Google, Rubicon, Opera, LiveRail, Gameloft etc allowing access to premium performance inventory at scale. Successful campaigns have included the likes of Dior, Disney, Nissan, Samsung and Cartier. The DSP is essentially aligned to a CPM sales model but is also especially strong in branding, promotion, drive to install, drive to store, click to call, rich media and video, as well as native ads formats.
To launch the UK market a self starting Sales Director is needed to build strong relations primarily with independent media agencies, independent trading desks (generalists and pure mobile players) as well as with media performance and SEO agencies, mobile marketing agencies and direct advertisers looking for a self service DSP.
This will be a remote working role until the market is up and running so is ideal for someone who enjoys working in their own style with freedom and time flexibility. Thus is perfectly suited for a sociable personality who likes getting out and about, seeing & entertaining clients etc. However you will not be all alone as the role will work closely with and will be well supported by the EVP Global Sales.
This is an ideal opportunity for a mid level sales manager looking to rapidly step up into sales director territory. The platform is growing rapidly with over 10000 campaigns from 8000+ advertisers in 100+ countries to date. The UK is a key market and they see a huge potential for future business. Salary is benchmarked at £45/50k with a Bonus OTE of £10/15k.
– Meeting clients in order to evangelize the UK market about the brand and product
– Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
– Bringing on board new clients to spend on the DSP
– Training clients on the DSP and its functionalities
– Assisting clients to make sure all operations on the platform run smoothly
– Follow up with clients in order to increase their business
– Attending the main conferences and events in UK and Europe
Knowledge in digital, programmatic/RTB and mobile advertising will be a plus, Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge,Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
