A top mobile product development studio renowned for its creative and tech innovation output is looking for a creative lead / product design / UX/UI specialist. Its an incredibly important role and cool remit as this agency pride themselves on beautiful UI, intuitive UX and big ideas that have a measurable impact for businesses and brands.

 

This is a key role as the quality of their creative output and thought leadership is a core pillar for the overall vision of the business.

They’re looking for a hard working person to join the team and lead creative. This is a big opportunity for someone to join the agency and take a central senior role within the business. If you’re right for this role, you’ll need to demonstrate the following

 

Strong product UX/UI experience
Interactive design skills
Experience leading and monitoring a team in a ‘hands on’ fashion
Can take overall responsibility for the design and creative output for the business
Capable of rationalizing output for client presentation / pitches

The role is 60-70% hands on, with the remaining time centred on team management.

Management will include attending all briefs, overseeing, reviewing and approving output, mentoring, inspiring the team. Effective leadership is about harnessing the talent of the team, creating proactive, dedicated and highly responsible team members. The role will be challenging and will require dedication, proactivity, critical thinking, ownership and people management.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

Quality of creative design output – Art Direction / UX direction
Quality of creative ideation and pitch – creative direction
Working alongside strategy to ensure output has insight at its heart
Team leadership
Team and personal time management
