To help clients make the most of their unique adtech this vacancy has been created to provide data driven strategy and insights that the whole business can benefit from.

As strategy and insights manager you will be able to build stories and conclusions from data and market research that will help educate the sales team, marketing function, client services and clients alike. Given that mobile / programmatic advertising is a very data driven animal a background in quant analysis or research with some media exposure would be ideal.

The Job Educate the sales team on audience insights and best use of data in media recommendations. Identifying opportunities to match the audience data to the needs of advertisers A deep understanding of the digital media landscape, and preferably the internal workings of media agencies . Provide commentary and insight into market needs and trends Strong people and process management experience Ability to analyse and understand data, insights, research Ownership of research partners and platforms – i.e. OnDevice, IRi, Neilsen, Alf, Comscore, Experian Working with the data and operations teams to understand key insights Creation of insight reports to engage the market and use in proposals and presentations

You Quantitative research experience Management of full service projects from inception through to completion Ability to translate survey data into actionable insights Knowledge of the commercial media marketplace Ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbal Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
